Does GamzuGames.com offer a guarantee?
Yes, we do! We call it our “Fun Guarantee” and here’s how it works: If you purchase a game from GamzuGames.com and decide within 30 days that you don’t like the game, it isn’t fun, or it isn’t what you were thinking it would be, just ship the game back to us and we’ll give you a refund for the cost of the game, no questions asked. The original cost of shipping the game will not be refunded and you are responsible for all return shipping costs as well.

What kind of warrantee does GamzuGames.com offer on games ordered through the website?
We will take care of all product issues dealing with manufacturer defects, such as missing or broken items. We will take care of refunding or replacing the game or part either internally or by directing you to the manufacturer directly.

I’m looking to buy over $100 worth of games. Can you offer me any kind of shipping discount?
Yes, we can! Shipping is 100% free on orders of $100 or more. You’ll notice on the “view cart” page that all shipping prices reset to $0.00 once you’ve added more than $100 worth of merchandise to the cart.
